How do I FTP files to or from the server?

We're afraid there are too many FTP clients to describe how to set each one up so for that you will have to RTFM :-)

The login details for FTP are your standard system login username & password. The hostname will be the address of your website. e.g. www.example.com

Remember that your home directory is seperate from the sites home directory.
